Licensing Eligibility
- Accredited* private or public K-12 schools providing full-time instruction.
- Accredited* public or private universities or colleges (including community, junior, or vocational colleges) that grant degrees requiring at least 2-years of full-time study.
Government schools located in the United States and its territories.
- Educational Consortia and Systems: Corporations and associations validly organized and existing under the laws of a state or territory of the United States, each member or shareholder of which is an accredited school.
The following are approved on a case-by-case basis:
- Home schools
- Hospitals that are wholly-owned and operated** by an educational institution.
- Non-profit Institutions
- Higher education research labs that are a public institution and recognized by the Department of Education, teach students as part of their research mission, and can provide copy of Bylaws that states the relationship with the controlling university.
